Strangely, we have the same feelings about this agency which sold us a completely dilapidated house. A roof supposedly redone less than ten years ago, which is not true. Roof over 25 years old. A property tax which tripled the house before our purchase 250 € of property tax but at the cadastral services no mains drainage no toilets no bathroom and no central heating. Following our work, the tax has increased to more than 700 €. You speak of the law and well the law says that during the sale all this information must be verified and updated if necessary before the sale. So indeed some Internet users are completely right. Mr Berdin, it's cashed in and we don't care about the rest. The act of withholding information is considered fraud. It is also an offense to conceal screws. Listen to mr berdin before speaking about the law.
