I just left the store, having seen a pair of shoes on the store's website, I went to the place to try them on. Unfortunately the pair of shoes I wanted was not available, so I wanted to try it on in another color. The saleswoman (indifferent upon my arrival) tells me that I cannot try because I do not buy in her store. Not understanding, I tell her that she still works for the same brand as the site and that does not change anything. She insists by categorically refusing me to try on the shoes and repeats that I cannot try on shoes if I don't buy them in her store. She claims that each tamarisk store is independent. Not understanding the reasons for this refusal, I ask for the contact details of her manager, whom she refuses to send me "I am not giving it to you, he will explain the same thing to you as me". Seeing the insistence of his refusal, I decide to leave. I contacted immediately after the tamarisk sign to explain the situation to them but I did not have an answer. Beyond the fact of finding the strange reason, I did not at all appreciate the behavior of this saleswoman who was neither professional nor courteous. Honestly if the reasons she gave me are really the conditions of the sign I would have accepted them, but I had the deep feeling that there were other reasons behind. Especially since this is the first time that I have had a refusal by wanting to try in a store, and moreover with a questionable reason. PS: two other customers were trying on a pair of shoes
