Having had problems with customer service at the drive for an additional amount charged, Loïc at the drive took care of my problem without ever letting me down. I finally got my voucher. Thank you to him and to his professionalism. Very competent !
Too bad I can't put zero stars otherwise I would have done it with pleasure. The service is inadmissible, I order I move so that 5 minutes before my arrival knowing that I have 1 hour of road I am told that my product is no longer available because it was sold to a customer of the store. Yes the customer is king but I don't see why an order placed at the drive was not yet prepared and why the managers did not say no to the customer. I strongly recommend that they are not serious.
Correct arrangements although the terminal is not very practical when you are inside the car which is a bit annoying for a drive ...
A shame .... not serious at all ... missing at each pass ... they also charge for products that I did not get! the repayment of these is 48h, it's been over a week and still nothing, they give me vouchers as an excuse, the joke, the latest one does not work, they offer 20 € for a withdrawal of order Thursday, August 1, another good joke, no slot available that day ... as if by chance ..., and now I have no answer from them ... someone one can tell me where I can claim my € 15.80 they owe me ....
