Centre of Public Finance

A horror ! I have never seen a service as incompetent as it is in customer information or even in reception. Even when it's open, no one answers the phone, obviously the Aix-les-Bains public finance center is stronger in claiming money from students than in helping.

Deplorable, after dozens of tests I finally had someone telling me that you are not on the right service, who is trying to switch me to the competent service but cannot find the right number. So I had no one.

Hello, I work for the Collectivity of Aix-les-Bains. Last month my salary was transferred to my Swiss Post bank account on 3/18/2020 and still nothing there .... Would you have a clear explanation to give me? .... Thank you in advance for your reply.

Pay a premium rate number 3 € (!!!!) per call to fall on "all our agents are busy please call back later thank you" whether at 8h 12h or 16h is still great foutage mouth. Thank you public administration :)

Deplorable welcome, the lady of the reception was obnoxious. When we don't like people, we don't work at reception. People who come there it is not for pleasure, if one is not able to help, and to guide by being kind it is clearly not the right vocation.
