It never answers the phone and it hangs up automatically after a pre-recorded message that someone is going to take the call ... Inadmissible

No switchboard for users in inability to move Message prompting you wait, then the line hangs up automatically after 1 minutes 20 unnecessary waiting

hello .... it will serve nothing but I want to say that I called several times ..... it asks me to wait ... that a person will answer me ... and after 1mn20 each time ca hang up ... thanks public service
