Avis Location Voiture Aéroport Chambéry

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I rent a car by Avis at Chambery airport, returned in perfect condition. A month later without any prior proof I was debited £ 700 for apparently scratches on the hood. I contacted Avis to ask them for proof and I received 3 pictures by email (if you click on my profile then photos you will find them, I uploaded them to show the scam). What kind of evidence are these pictures ?? These are false proofs and these scratches do not come from the car I made at the airport. It's now been 3 days since I tried to contact Avis via email and phone and no response at the moment. I do not understand how a company like this is still open today. TRUE NIGHTMARE

Very bad agency, the requested vehicles are rarely available and listening to them is the fault of the customer. Despite the efforts of some staff members management is more than desired, customer service is far from its priority
