I had the misfortune of forgetting an appointment (more than 2 months of waiting) and the secretary (not at all friendly) m 'informed that she will no longer offer me an appointment due to my forgetting, which I will look elsewhere. I am therefore very disappointed with this policy of making appointments, especially with long-standing patients, loyal to this dentist. So I would go and look elsewhere and where I will no doubt be received with more kindness.
