Hello, I was very badly received by M. Wylomanski for 3 minutes late: arrival 2:43 pm for an appointment at 2:40 pm. Very rude. He hung up on me. Very nervous person who trembles while speaking, very upset and who gets carried away for 3 minutes! I made an appointment for my 17 month old daughter. I was wrong to arrive late but a little understanding would have been possible. This gentleman refused to examine my daughter for 3 minutes late. To flee: not sympathetic and not human.
