3 times I ask for a water contract for my accommodation and it is still not open 😡 When I want to log in, the site doesn't even work, and I can't get someone on the phone. On the other hand, when I am going to move, oh well, we will know how to ask me for invoices !!! I have proof of my demands

The household waste collection service is correct where there are underground containers but insufficient when it comes to rolling containers. These containers are sometimes pierced (see photos). This results in smelly and visually disgusting liquids. Their lids are hardly washed, which during COVID 19 may put many off handling them. It is therefore necessary to better clean, repair and replace the containers.

The person who answered my technical question took the time to inquire. Very pleasant and professional.

Again, the online water service is certainly existing, but simply ineffective ... and for 2 years (at a minimum)! 2 years we try to pay our bills online, 2 years that the service is "momentarily" unavailable, 2 years we are invited by mail or by moving us to send them another way of settlement! But it is not them in the water department who have to pay stamps, fuel, waste time on the road !! You make fun of the taxpayer, that's unacceptable!
