Inadmissible to welcome clients like that. Monsieur yells at me for 20 minutes for a little annoyance. I ask for 2 invoices and 15 minutes later at the time of recovering everything he had forgotten then I reminded him and he made me a mountain because I told him too late. ! Impossible to communicate with him because he is beside himself. Apparently he should never make a mistake. Too bad because I have come several times and nothing to complain about so far. And also a pity that Mr. does not manage his emotions, ventures on customers and does not know how to apologize despite me having apologized 4 times !!!!
