Refused to give me the drugs prescribed by my doctor on the pretext that it was a teleconsultation and that I could falsify the colors and the QR code of the prescription (sic). I'm still wondering how, and how could I falsify a doctor's identification, a prescription number, etc. In addition questioned the doctor's treatment without arguments. Another pharmacy gave me the drugs.

Unsympathetic and totally incompetent staff. they refused me the renewal of an order during the confinement of COVID 19 when the law is clear on this subject: validity of orders until May 31, 2020 according to government order. Another pharmacy gave me all of my emergency medicines because I am in ALD. So .. I discovered a new very professional and cheerful pharmacy near my home. I have been a customer of the OLD pharmacy for 2 years and I totally agree with the previous negative opinions published on this health professional ... they are totally incompetent and their staff is freezing!
