Coming from Aix les bains I had to take the exit of saint baldoph / challes les eaux but closed because of the works (no worries we had been warned). I wanted to take the next exit to the steps ... Also closed when there was no work !!! I had to go to Montmélian to go out and come back to Saint Baldoph !! Inadmissible and expensive for a vulgar detour !!!

Extremely unpleasant. And to think that these people are paid because we take the highway.

How can we let such people welcome and educate customers? An old lady not at all friendly or polite who does not know what to inform you and who is disrespectful find staff before running away customers this is the first time I came to an agency bah I can tell you that I would go competition.
