Courtesy is no longer necessarily a quality of bus drivers apparently. Reckless and vulgar driver while driving. Certe it presents well and gave us a good first impression but it stops there.

I booked 5 places for the market of Turin 3 from Annecy and 2 departure from Aix les bains. To know by leaving with Francony for the same price we do not have the same excursion ie those of annecy do only the market of Turin and those of Aix do Turin and Suze. Of course when we take tickets for 5 people we want the same benefits and spend the day together. Reminding them the next day their only answer was that there was marked on the reservation only Turin!
