3 times in a row that I miss my bus because it leaves well before the indicated time, even if I get ahead! Important meetings missed due to bad faith. And I don’t think I’m the only one frustrated to see her bus at the other end of the aisle when we’ve come to the stop 3 minutes early. I've seen some other revolting actions from you as well, but seeing the number of pretty sizable negative reviews that go unanswered, I tell myself that you won't read them, and therefore you won't change. Well, here's one more.

I was very disappointed with the reception. I came for my daughter's bus card. The lady told me to go to the bus stop to see which bus she should take, weird for people who take care of the network 🤔 I had no explanation, tt is written on the form to be completed and you had to come back the next day. Clearly, the lady did not want to do my card at all. Yet I was the only person at the counter .... I really go back because I have no choice!

Too many people, ashamed for such a busy line. We are asking (all high school students) at least twice the frequency for school outings (8h-12-16h30-17h30).

Line number 1 catastrophic !!!!! It spends 3 minutes before time display this not being the first time, it becomes annoying! Knowing that I take the rue de la paix bus to go to the red bridge with the children I am looking after! That I must either drop off at school or at their moms !! What to say to the parents after the several delays on this line there will be a change 3 minutes remains 3 minutes we arrived this morning, at 8:29 am the bus should be at 8:33 am it is 8:51 am we are forced to wait for the next at 9:10 am fortunately that the children are on vacation !!!

We were very well received at the reception desk of the station. Staff available because we did not obtain schedules and information at the tourist office of the center.
