Gentlemen, I just opened a pro account. I discussed the terms of my "pro" contract with a consultant. We made an agreement and as a "welcome gift", this advisor told me that she was offering me the 10.50 Euros of monthly account management for 4 months. Also what was my surprise by noting that I had been withdrawn from the maximum amount for this type of account is "FORTY AND ONE EUROS". I am trying to get an explanation from my agency which tells me that the advisor no longer works for you and that this decision comes from the manager of the Annecy-le-Vieux agency, Mr. MARTIN I believe. So I asked for an explanation from the new advisor who told me that he was going to see this with Mr. MARTIN. A week later still no answer. So I telephoned again to the new advisor who told me that I did not have time to talk about it with Mr. MARTIN. I then moved when the agency opened the next morning, I asked to see Mr. MARTIN who told me "between two doors" that he has an appointment and that he does not have much time to give me. Realizing then that I am very angry and ready to settle all the accounts that we have with you. He then agrees to receive me in his office in a disagreeable manner and discards the computer and tells me that he will take care of it. I therefore set with him the terms of this new contract: FOUR MONTHS OF WELCOME FREE PLUS THREE MONTHS OF DEBT unduly received since the opening of my account. I leave Mr. MARTIN who tells me then that he will immediately inform my new advisor of this agreement. I was called two days later by this new advisor who told me "WE'LL SEE WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU" Who are we kidding? You asked me what I think of your services, needless to say how unhappy I am.
