BNP Paribas - Annecy Royale

Definitely the most terrible bank I have ever dealt with, it’s been 2 months since I applied for the credit card issue and I don’t even have yet. The personnel is never willing to resolve your problems and it takes weeks for them to answer the email, also they never pick up the phone. I do not recommend this bank to anybody.

They never reply. And I tried everything: I was calling them, I wrote emails, I even was close to try out smoke signals. No response since over 1 month!

The best place to waste is time. I've never seen a bank as professional as this. They are incompetent and not quick everything is complicated and becomes a full time job for a simple operation. A real thief.

I was received by an extremely rude, very haughty counselor. After a few minutes of appointment he tells me that she does not accept a client if he has not used the BNP application (when when I called I was not told). I was there for a real estate project, no questions were asked about it.
