I have been a Banque Populaire customer for over 20 years and for the first time I am leaving a ... positive opinion! Finally a really effective advisor in the person of Kilian MALHIET of the Annecy les Fins agency, almost always quickly available and really attentive (we are touching the miracle these days!), Always kind and sympathetic ... It seems to me that it finally represents what the banking service must be and above all remain, even more so today, under penalty of quickly disappearing in favor of an anonymous robot. Banking is service to customers and it illustrates it in the most pleasant way. Thank you again and especially keep it to us!

I opened an account here then a mortgage but after moving the advisor took 3 months to change the window (staying in the popular bank of the Alps) closer to home .... Also worries cash withdrawal to the distributor: they fill it in the middle of the day and ask to wait 20 minutes if you want to withdraw you have to go elsewhere .... it does not bother anyone at home obviously! In short I advise against this agency!

In 10 years and 2 real estate credits, the 2 or 3 times that I needed them, always the same answers: "we can do nothing" or "I will see with my direction" ... all that to end on nothing! So I confirm it is a bank but popular much less!
