I wonder why I came to this agency. 11/2020 / I confirm that no improvement has been made within this agency in terms of reception in agency and by telephone. I go for the first time for a summary of client accounts, I am given RIB (sorry I did not check the folded document given in the agency). I go back to the agency, there I am advised to use the internet by giving me access, which I do afterwards. While I have power of attorney over all the accounts of the family including my husband, these do not appear. By phone I am told that it is normal because I do not have a proxy, they "do not exist" (I specify that we made the proxies several years ago and that until now, we do not 'had never had a problem) !! ... My husband and I even went to the agency on Saturday 7/11 because I was told that we had to be both present with our parts identity. There I am told that the proxies are in place and that we do not need to redo them but that it is a problem of computer update which poses problem on the visualization of our accounts. A few days later, 2 accounts of my husband reappear on the screen but a (PEL) is still not visible. I phone again on 11/10, and again, I am told that I do not have the power of attorney on this account when it is false. As a result, we're going to go back to this damn agency again to hear each other say what? Frankly, you should record the interlocutors who tell you anything and everything to move on to the next customer. A shame to be treated this way knowing that they are working with our money.
