Run away !! A joke this agency I made a reservation on their website. On D-Day at the agency, the renter told me that she did not have my reservation and that I had to be fooled by a fraudulent site. We spent several hours before proving that the payment made was on their site and that the problem was with their computer system. After many hours, they admitted their fault and made a new reservation for us, but it took us two days to have a car available. The 0 € contract created by the agency did not take mileage into account, unlike our basic contract. Today we have been trying to reach them for several months, but we cannot get customer service and complaints. We have however received several letters asking to pay the mileage and now they are threatening to sue us in court .... Crooks from start to finish !!!!
