Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Gare d'Annecy

The staff was friendly and accomodating. We were happy with the car we got and everything went fine in terms of payments etc. They also gave us some tips what to see/visit in Annecy and let us keep our bags there for a while.

Enterprise took a 250 euro deposit from my card. They only returned 100 despite the car being fuelled on return. Now they are refusing to communicate with me. Avoid this place.
