I made a reservation for a professional event for my company on Saturday. I called the day before the day before to validate the reservation and the opening hours, in order to know when I could come by. I was told that the agency was closed between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. So I showed up at 11:20 a.m. on Saturday, but a big surprise that day: the offices are closed between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Saturday ........ I knocked, called on several phones, wrote an email, but no return. I was therefore at a dead end, and I was going to have to cancel my event because of the incompetence of this agency, but luckily I found a truck at the last minute with the Jean Lain Rent agency in Seynod. Excellent service from them, at an equally competitive price. To top it off: 3 days later, no one at DLM bothered to get back to me to even apologize for their mistake. Extremely disappointed therefore.

I am very satisfied with the experience I had with DLM from Annecy! Listening, helpful and friendly. They arrange you as much as possible, very good experience to organize my move. I can only advise.
