Correct welcome but unacceptable behavior of the "manager". You can't afford to talk to customers like that. First surprise first I have to pick up the truck a day early and have to take on my working hours, which implies more kilometers but the "manager" did not want to know anything and answers me by talking to me like a ch ** that she doesn't understand the problem. I should have recorded. Then the delivered truck is not the one that was ordered ... but apparently having a bigger truck means being "upgraded" with them. They do not have to take the road very much to have such reflections. Of course all without an excuse. First and last time ...
