Blacksheep Van Annecy

Nice and fresh cars, responsive customer service, efficient online booking and payment system. However, contrary to the website and our booking details car pickup at Geneva Airport is in fact 10km further in Thoiry, with no reasonable public transport and huge traffic are in the morning. On top of that the van came with empty water tank, extremely dirty windshield and no swiss highway sticker. Small details, but a bit annoying. Still, definitely a recommendable option and a fairly priced one.

Caddy rented in September 2019 for two weeks, the vehicle must be supplied with all the equipment described in the description! Excluding on arrival: table, non-existent chairs, HS hand shower (the former rental companies destroyed it and it has not been replaced), no auxiliary battery (cooler must be connected when driving), vehicle described as two places but 5 places in total (less storage, layout sold on the internet not present), empty gas bottles, no observation just in case! The intermediary of blacksheep which is located in Annecy tells us just: "it is not to me that it is necessary to say it but to the company blacksheep" we find ourselves on the accomplished fact, very disappointed but obliged to take the vehicle to not not miss our vacation ... No compensation for blacksheep ... really disappointed ... We will never go home!
