Very poor service, we bought orange juice for £2.90 25 ml and the juice was very acid ...no possible to drink. We complained to the waitress she was very rude ,refused to try the juice. ...so we talked to the manager, absolutely disgusted by his approach to our issue. ...he also refused to try disgusting orange juice which he's selling. Very arrogant approach and lack of politeness to deal with customers needs. For him is better that customer get stomach acid burn then try himself that juice.he refused to refund for selling oranges he is using since 15 days to make a fresh orange juice. Absolutely disgusted and will not recommend it that place. Poor customer care !!!!!! Do not mention that place is over priced!!!

I wanted to put zero stars, I am currently there for the more expensive breakfast than advertised suite false pub breakfast at 5.90 € "the cocorico" does not exist, to oblige to take something else to pay more expensive and limit if we beg so much she speaks very badly to a certain type of clientele, if I was not hungry I would not have consumed, maybe my skin color makes her think that I have no means of myself offer a breakfast for 6 €. I ask to sit down to an outlet to charge my phone since I'm passing through Annecy and I'm waiting for the quiet train, the fat old lady at the cash desk answers me that the outlets don't work, I ask a gentleman who is at the table, charging his phone and SURPRISE the outlet is working. The only positive point that I noticed in this cafeteria is the young man at the cash desk who is polite, paused, professional, friendly .... He even went over to customers to ask them if the coffee was good. ... Towards me too, I answered her the coffee yes very good but the prison door which holds the cash register wow she had better take some kindness training and a good education.
