After the observation of an appointment made with another practitioner than mine (error of the secretary but I do not hold it against her, for a simple routine check + scaling), the dentist takes the right to refuse me as a be patient for no reason. I would have understood that she did not wish to interchange Doctor Navoni's patients with her own for important follow-ups such as prostheses or other more invasive treatments. On the other hand, refuse a descaling ... I absolutely do not recommend this practitioner, for big lack of professionalism.
