They sold me used battery as a new one (it had scratches and was manufactured 7 years ago). Luckily they accepted return and gave me a refund. Very expensive store compared to others (not mentioning huge gap to on-line merchants). As a plus, they can charge your battery for few euros if you forget your charger :)

To flee. I wanted my film to be rewound (while specifying that I was not developing at their place since I live in Bordeaux) the person did not want to because the development was not done in their store. Beyond that I still wanted to buy a film ... well let's go. So I wanted to do it myself, in the end my film died. A film that I cared about on top of that. I absolutely do NOT recommend! If I could have put 0 stars. Really very professional all that!

I left to find out about a backpack or satchel to store my camera when traveling. I quietly watched the various models proposed in radius when the saleswoman came to be called to advise me, then it tear me the backpack that I had in my hands and told me that it was not at all what I then try to sell me a much more expensive model! In short, you have no say in this store! I finally could not see the different models available so I felt attacked. In the end I went out without buying anything and went to buy a bag in another store.
