Came to drop off a DHL package. Easy to find, easy to park at a tiny strip mall just past. Seems like a decent shop full of electronic devices and all associated paraphernalia, but I was not there to shop. I would have been even happier without the 6 minutes of waiting until somebody (there were 2 guys there) asked if he could help.

I go home to buy a cell phone. the young salesman advises me well. The boss immediately allows himself to cut him off and intervenes! Finally I bought this reconditioned I phone 7 grade A at 269 €, whose battery does not hold a charge during the day. I am 53 years old and I am not having fun with it !! I returned to the store two weeks later, explained my case, the technician noticed the wear of the battery and the boss suddenly told me to change it for 25 € without looking at anything, visibly annoyed by pretending to offer the hand of 'artwork! I am amazed and ask him that the warranty covers: everything except the battery !! obviously! and why didn't you tell me right away? he pretends that he does not check his products and suggests that I take him back! I ask for a discount of 5 € on the battery. he refuses. I pay in cash and ask for an invoice: he hands me an invoice which is not one !! weird! nothing to do with the phone bill! I do not recommend, terrible after-sales service, unsympathetic boss, certainly less competent than his employees and visibly more attracted to cash than to customer satisfaction. at the end of the day: € 294 AVOID ANY EMERGENCY !!!! a star by what I can not put 0.

The seller was very professional and pleasant, the deadlines were met for repairs to my laptop. I recommend this place.

Computer space with very bad advice .... Used spare part 100% more expensive than the original NEW. 🤮🤮🤮

Big scam clearly, I came for an advice for an iPhone repair, first I came back and no one to greet me, the salespeople were in their office, I announced myself, and no response so I announced myself more strongly still no answer, ditto for when I left then the salesman told me a lot of canard, he told me a battery story when it was only the screen and my home button of Iphone that had a problem (I confirmed with other seller that it was well canard, none of the other sellers that I went to see my talked about a drum story) and give me a high price for these canard around 150 euros just for the screen and 80 euros for the home button and 60 euros for the battery. Big crook, and mister the manager I am not a competitor, I am a young girl who lives not far from your shop, what is more a non major, I am just under anonymity to avoid the people with malicious intentions, you did not even know not this? You are even worse than I thought, a liar and a big crook and completely incompetent.
