I do not recommend this site at all. I placed an order for plants that arrived in very poor condition (completely broken cardboard) so I refused the package. They never wanted to reimburse me (45 €) by promising me a higher credit to be worth on their site. By explaining to them that it was still my right to be reimbursed and despite several emails sent, they never answered or reimbursed me! Real thieves! My advice: avoid and favor an "existing" seller, you will have much less problems.

I read that I am not the only one! I received part of my order palm trees in a bad state and I am missing another palm tree and I sent 5 emails called 5 times of course on answering machine and since nothing but they took the money quickly lol Avoid if you want to receive your purchases!

Order still in preparation after more than a month of waiting. Evasive answers and no more precise delivery times. It was a bundled birthday present ... I let you imagine everyone's surprise when I had to explain that the present was still not ready to be delivered. I requested the cancellation of my order and the refund but no response. Even after waiting on a premium rate number for more than 10 minutes. Thought to order local ... big SCAM!

Disastrous experience, my order has been cashed but no follow-up, they do not meet delivery times, do not resend emails and are very evasive online (surcharged) then nothing happens behind Fake apologies with each call Hopefully it will be possible to be reimbursed without having to file a complaint Anyway ... TO FLEE !!!!
