A real pleasure to participate in Maxime's sessions .... but also a relief when it stops! I recommend

Same experience as the person who describes Catherine's class: her sessions (yin yoga, among others) are really wonderful. All and all the teachers of the studio that I already had the opportunity to have according to the practices and the slots are really excellent. Very caring towards beginners like me. A place really top with beautiful people who do good to the body as the soul! Thank you for all that.

Recently registered with BFS Studio, I am more than satisfied, I can only recommend it! I attend CrossTraining every Wednesday night with Maxime Senouillet. This is a small course (max 6 people) so the atmosphere is very family and monitoring is almost personalized. Maxime adapts movements well to different levels of difficulty and our pain of the day (back / shoulder / ankle) ... What to spend safely!

I participated in Catherine Couput's Yin Yoga class in a test session very early in the morning at 7:15 am, just exceptional course perfect schedule to start the day. I recommend Catherine's yin yoga classes.
