Since I was little, I have had the opportunity to take several yoga classes and yet I had the feeling of doing yoga for the first time when I discovered Bernard Chemin's class in 2019. I also had the impression to really breathe for the first time. It is really a separate, complete course that combines postures, breathing, meditation, reflection, open-mindedness ... Each class is a very precious moment. Bernard allowed me to understand a lot of things which make me evolve little by little. The road will surely be long but whatever the objective, it's a beautiful path 🙂 Thank you Bernard for your precious teaching.

Great yoga class, in a nice soft and pleasant atmosphere, in a bright room, decorated with heart. Bernard is kind and has a particularly soothing voice and presence. A course in small groups, which allows you to be relaxed and focused.

Bernard's classes are always a moment of well-being and sharing. It brings us to a practice in conscience and benevolence towards ourselves. To each his own rhythm and his expectations. It provides energy and deep well-being.

I have attended classes with Bernard for three years and it is always a pleasure to find him. I particularly appreciate the spiritual depth and patience he shows to accompany everyone on his path.

Bernard is very attentive to the needs of his students. Being in a small group is a real advantage. Bernard creates a Zen atmosphere that allows you to focus on yourself. I totally recommend!
