This opinion does not concern the administrative staff and salesmen of the hardware part, (perfectly friendly and competent) but the access to the warehouse of the steel bars. You wait in front of the door (in the parking lot and without a mask since outside). As nobody comes to ask you what you want, you advance 2m to be seen and possibly to call out to someone. And that's when the person in charge of the place arrives, quite upset, he gives me the order to go out, I am without a mask in this largely open space where the trucks are loaded and or NONE of the 4 or 5 people who are there. do not wear a mask! He doesn't wear any either, but he tells me he does what he wants !!! This is how we treat customers here ...... We do not even speak of a “merchant” spirit but of a minimum of politeness in the way we address these people we call “CUSTOMERS”. ps: I came for the 2nd time to try to pick up an order that I had placed 3 days earlier and of course I had called half an hour before to be sure that I could pick it up
