I think the customer relationship is not the strong point of this pharmacy. No politeness and no hello from the managers, what a great example for its staff. Too bad there are pharmacies nearby with nicer and more polite staff! 😉

I thank with all my irony this man who answered the phone, and who hung up me on the phone because orders are no longer possible. I explained the urgency of the situation I was in tears but hanging up on clients / patients should help him feel strong. I hate you and would never come back to you.
