Co-ownership manager for 10 years ... a HORROR! AN UNNAMABLE HORROR! Incompetence, contempt, questionable behavior ... sows discord (champions), I now only deal with my common parties allowing access to my prizes. Finally won the case for tiles damaged for 2 years as well as an installation (new) of common garage doors not up to electrical standards (for visible parties) via the PUBLIC TRANQUILITY DEPARTMENT of Annecy which travels in committee: requiring a repair to the standards of the installation of garage doors and seized the Syndic in order to replace the tiles in balance on the edge of the roof and threatening to fall on a private garden: the recommended precedents, emails and even seized the insurance of the co-ownership had no effect.
