Despite the geographical distance, the agency agreed to show me around the apartment remotely, a real asset when you are not there. The exchange was more than satisfactory and the processing of my file was very fast. On the day of the move in, Madame Darnez greeted me in person in the new accommodation. Since then, Darnez Immobilier has always been listening and is of invaluable help with regard to the difficulties that may arise during a first installation. Co-ownership manager for 10 years ... a HORROR! AN UNNAMABLE HORROR! Incompetence, contempt, questionable behavior ... sows discord (champions), I now only deal with my common parties allowing access to my prizes. Finally won the case for tiles damaged for 2 years as well as an installation (new) of common garage doors not up to electrical standards (for visible parties) via the PUBLIC TRANQUILITY DEPARTMENT of Annecy which travels in committee: requiring a repair to the standards of the installation of garage doors and seized the Syndic in order to replace the tiles in balance on the edge of the roof and threatening to fall on a private garden: the recommended precedents, emails and even seized the insurance of the co-ownership had no effect. Thank you Annecy and especially Mr. Rigaud (outgoing mayor of Annecy). Impossibility for the moment to make carry out an audit of the accounts: records the checks for payment of charges as it sees fit ... erroneous publication of the co-owner deficit accounts, without authorization (see the CNIL), and they do not correspond to the calls for charges. CQFD: Does not have the Brevet level of colleges, maths and accounting is not his thing. For the DIRECTORATE OF TAXATION of Annecy, this is a private matter - too bad, the town of Cran-Gevrier is co-owner - exemplarity is for others ... opacity is the norm in Cran- Gevrier. A condominium has managed to bend it after years of costly procedures (condominium administered by a judge of the Albertville court) - Copro at the corner of rue Royal and rue de la République in Annecy. Another former condominium managed by Darnez Immobilier that of Vernay in Cran-Gevrier (Annecy) - Currently managed by his former employer. Nothing beats transverse communication in order to inform and avoid the nameless. In a truly liberal capitalist society (such as Switzerland) this type of enterprise has no place.
