Not a good place to visit, not welcoming people not helpful & hard to deal with

Great welcome and above all an excellent after-sales service. Following a purchase of a zipped jacket, in the wash the colors deteriorated significantly (especially the yellow), the store manager agreed to make an exchange. I am disappointed with your store. During my last visit you did not know how to be pleasant. You openly criticize a customer when he leaves the store. And yes ladies we mean everything we customers. It is best to go see your colleagues at Eden Park located right in front of your store. Take it from the seed.

Deplorable welcome, waiting 2 minutes at the counter in front of 2 ladies without a hello ... that is not the usual image of Lacoste.

Be careful, some employee does not take the top that is to say she speaks askew etc ... see that again !! Because it is unacceptable for an employee to do that to clients just because she works at Lacoste !!!!!
