Rather disappointed with the agency and Ms. Robin ..... To sell additional services there are no problems but once there, when you realize that the option has not been applied by the establishment, and that this one informs us that the agency made a mistake by not mentioning the option, well we are doing with it but there are no more people to reimburse ..... Nice and smiling for the sale but not the slightest effort to fix his mistake .....

Extremely professional agency with personalized advice and a high quality follow-up during and after the stay. It's been more than two years that I entrust the organization of my holidays to the team of this agency which has always given me a complete satisfaction in its actions, its follow-up and the solutions brought to my concerns (last minute holidays) , doubt about destination etc ..) 5 stars of cynicism. As sometimes happens with some "sellers", smiles and rounds of legs are required before the check is made. Once the sum cashed, these people do not care in any case what can happen .... trip disturbed lost baggage, it is no longer their business. Thank you med club.
