Apartment and residence very clean and well maintained for me, sometimes long to relax about requests for '' maintenance '' or other but with all they need to manage it is not surprising. My 89-year-old mother still lives in this housing encagnane district attributed to the early 70s. In 40 years of rent no upgrade to electrical standards! One day someone will stay stuck by accident ............ Pays d'Aix Habitat is a real shame! They do not hesitate to collect the rents but leave my 62-year-old mother suffering from multiple sclerosis and respiratory emphysema live in an apartment that has become insalubrious after the sewage pipe broke! She has been living on the ground floor in the damp for several months and the walls and ceilings threaten to crumble! The pipe was supposedly repaired but it still flows! A plumber has promised to be sent but she is still waiting! What does it take for Pays d'Aix Habitat to take its responsibilities and do the work in this dilapidated building so we made cache misery by sweeping the facade last summer!
