Beauty Success

A customer for many years, I notice that the reception is not constant! The saleswomen usually present have always served me well, but my last visit left much to be desired! I even suspected a "head of the customer" service! Several customers were informed and served, for my part when I asked for an item I had to ask twice that the person come out from behind his counter to see the product I was talking about ... and hardly friendly. .. badly dressed, in jeans and no makeup that day, obviously I am not their target client!

Appointment scheduled for 11am, we were not taken care of until 11:30 am for two nail polish applications. No hello from the young lady who took care of us, an absolutely not warm welcome. The first pose went relatively well, but had to be repeated 2-3 times for the second .., on the part of a professional it is borderline. 22 euros in total spent, or 11 euros for the nail polish so that the ends come off after 2 to 3 hours. The rendering was really not pretty, it had a "paste on nail" effect. It would have been nicer if we had done it alone. We will not repeat the experience.

We had made an appointment at 11 am, but we were made 30 minutes late for no good reason. On her arrival the professional crosses the store and apparently "hello" is not part of her vocabulary. We are then taken care of, however during poses no interest is shown to clients, no discussion, no advice, total indifference. In addition, even if the first exposure was done correctly, for the second it took 2-3 times to get borderline results. We therefore spent 11 € each, spent more than 2 hours in the institute, all for a varnish that lasted only a few days, it is really disappointing. We also did not have a good time, we will not try the experience again.
