Bad experience for me. Received by an ophthalmologist who worked on me very quickly. In 2min flat, I had a prescription in hand. I left the office a little surprised by the speed of the work. So I went to my optician who told me that I had to wait for my eye to get used to the new correction. After two weeks of visual discomfort, I go back to my optician who will take the time to do all the tests. As a result, the correction is not correct. My optician therefore advises me to get back in touch with my ophthalmologist. So I called and tried to explain to the secretary that I seemed to bother, who offered me an appointment in 2 months !!! Conclusion; welcome not listening to the patient and not to the client, as far as the doctor is concerned, difficult to understand, how in a medical environment we can take people as numbers. A big update seems necessary to me on your premises. cordially

Appointment in emergency for my part. I warned the secretary that I would be 20 minutes late and she was very pleasant! Support very quickly (remember that it was an emergency appointment) Doctors Rioux were very kind with humor while explaining things very well (which I find important). Good advice too.

He has been following me for 25 years, Dct Rioux is a human doctor, professional, very competent. While we spend less time with him because the exams are done before but the fault of the shortage of ophthalmo and also allows less waiting for us. Secretaries at the top despite their work overload.
