They don't answer the phone. Ever. What's the point of even having a phone number?

We had a telephone appointment with the tax center at 9 a.m., no one contacted us, no one answered us when we tried to reach the center .... is that the public service?

Pleasant staff on the whole but a certain lady with glasses and gray hair who should be picked up by her management for her disrespect to the citizens. I was called to avoid coming to my appointment that I had made by internet. When you ask simple questions for information, you are spoken to as if you were dying. And worst of all, when I insist that I have to come, I am told no need to. I end up saying "it's incredible we try as much as possible not to make us come and settle it by phone ...." no time to finish my sentence, this lady got carried away and told me that it is a lack of respect etc ... And ... hangs up on me. Where is the lack of respect? And what education can one have to hang up on your interlocutor. And the icing on the cake when I come this morning for my meeting, this one had been deleted, her colleague makes me wait for this famous lady to receive me by telling me I am surprised to see you because I have everything explain. Except that this "nice" lady hanging up on me and canceling my meeting hadn't heard that I needed to get some tax return documents for someone. Something we can not do by phone !!! So please check how your staff handle calls and how they express themselves. Cordially.

I subscribe to the rest of the previous comments: service unreachable for a few hours whatsoever (eight calls with waiting, which hang up after a while): another supposedly public service which has no reason to '' have a telephone line except to waste the taxpayer's time.

I receive a letter in which I must reply by mentioning a reference which they have not communicated to me. I phone ... 3:08 pm ... it closes at 4:00 p.m. ... No one answers ... I don't understand. I'm wasting time.
