I went to the Jacques Dessange salon in Saint Germain en Laye for a men's haircut, hoping for a quality service, at the height of the prices charged. Great harm has done me. After a hasty and brutal wash (special mention for the "hair massage" during which my hairdresser tried to crush my skull I think), I was installed for my cut. To avoid any misunderstanding, I showed several photos of the cut I wanted (short on the sides, long on the top). The hairdresser was content to look at my pictures with a dark eye, before taking out her clipper and giving me a military haircut, in less than 10 minutes. Result of the races: I was relieved of 50 euros and my hair is like a badly combed para. I came to this salon for her so-called blonde expertise. I explain several times to the colourist that I especially do not want golden blonde balayage, being rather ashy base and fair complexion and eyes, but rather a blonde in cool tones. When drying, I immediately see the golden reflections. The hairdresser who dries my hair tells me it's related to the lights in the living room. No sign of the colourist not coming to check on her work. First time I see this! I meet her again at the cash desk. I recheck the color of the scan in daylight. It is a golden or even yellow color. And there, the colorist does not find anything else to tell me that it is still pretty, and that it is also necessary to take into account the color of my complexion for a scan, and that maybe it will be better by 15 days. Not to mention his other colleagues who are trying to make me change my mind. Really anything, a golden blonde who would transform on his own into ash blonde in 2 weeks? Super expertise of the blond indeed ... There was a very specific request on my part, the result obtained is just the opposite, and I met only in bad faith at the exit. I do not recommend this salon for a sweep. Time and money wasted, in addition to dissatisfaction.
