I am leaving the show at this time, it was the first time and I warmly recommend listening to the customer with a hint of advice without imposing a top result. I am delighted and the icing on the cake was the price 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 which was very pleasant thank you again girls and don't worry you are at the top we feel good at home thank you and happy holidays

I had an appointment with this hairdresser on July 13th at 1pm. First, they were so slow that I wasted my whole day, which means a lot more than expected. Second, I understood that they are not at all professional and they know how to do quite a bit of technical stuff, that's why they try to influence clients by offering them models that they know how to do; so they do not do at all what is asked of them. They made me such a horrible color that I was even ashamed to come out like that. They wanted to shade me except they didn't know how to do it! They made my roots down to my ears in black and then down to very clear golden tips! Imagine! (even though I hadn't even asked for that! I just asked me to put on a chestnut color and get me out of the locks on it) And for the cut they cut all my hair which was well pushed for containment. And finally they made me pay 180 €, while I was not at all satisfied, but their manager instead of trying to satisfy me began to laugh at me by offering to add extensions to the game where it left with their scissors! Can you imagine the proposal? So that she could very kindly understand me and apologize or make commercial offers to me politely .... Knowing that I had already lost the beauty and the health of my hair but, they still wanted to get out of this winning story without accepting that it was their fault. I felt responsible for explaining my experience to other women who care about their hair. I do not recommend this hairdresser to anyone. Not at all professional and not at all respectful.
