Behavior of an unacceptable civil servant twice. This employee is as friendly as a prison door and has serious problems of communication and knowing how to be. Chatou town hall should better select its employees who give a bad image of such a beautiful city ...

If you want to redo your identity documents, flee Chatou !!!! Deadlines to no longer end .... The staff is flippant, too busy drinking coffee while talking about the rain and good weather! No human consideration and no respect for individuals even in emergencies. I advise you to go to Rueil, la Garenne or Pecq where you will be received in normal and respectful conditions.

Since 10 years that I live Chatou, I have been in contact several times with various departments of the town hall (communication department, companies) within the framework of my professional activity and as a volunteer for an association which I take care of or for my personal belongings (civil service, town planning, roads ...) and I have always been well served and informed by the agents of the city. There are more and more online services that make it easy and time saving.

We went this afternoon for a certificate of residence for my wife. We were very well received by both employees, a gentleman and a lady, both very courteous and helpful. It's a pleasure.
