dirty liar, 99 euros for nothing

After a leak detection billed around 900 euros in July (I was informed of the price but just 30 minutes for the duration of the intervention). There has always been no quote and therefore always my concern about leaks. Friendly interlocutors (except one we will come back to) but each time no problem we send you this but nothing behind. During one of my reminders I was blamed violently for my impatience, I was disturbing, the technician was taking calls from his site while I called on a landline ... In short, really not serious

Request for intervention carried out quickly, efficiently. However, the quote was not presented to me before work, I did not know the price of the intervention until the end of it (I was made to sign the quote during the payment without my being attentive). With obviously a surplus to change a part (not specially necessary). On the phone, the "manager" was not very attentive. He quickly preferred to get angry and insult to cut the conversation short. I will stay on this beautiful human experience.

Beware scam !!! Quote very vague for the replacement of a toilet, accompanied by a very complimentary oral explanation on the proposed model. However, after consulting the manufacturer's site, I am unpleasantly surprised to find that I was charged 3.7 times more than the recommended retail price. Presented orally as a high-end model, it is actually the entry level ... I am explained that it is a professional model while the manufacturer denies this information ... Shameful method that tarnishes the reputation of this profession ... To flee !!!
