Living next door we had to go 4-5 times. The flowers are splendid, the products sold of good qualities. The shop is a bit cluttered but really pretty then it gives a charm. The rates are a bit high, but that's not the problem. Because, my god, the friendliness of the staff is at the antithesis. A boss who yells at her employees in front of customers (and when it's not you). If you have the misfortune to help the cashier to serve you, you will have in response a "Let me do it, I know my job" dry. Too bad, the shop and the items are really pretty. I called 30.05 to order a bouquet of peonies to be delivered on Sunday 07.06 Mother's Day. I left the phone number of my mother who lives in the Great Lands. I have been assured that this bouquet will be delivered on Sunday morning. I have just learned Sunday at 19:30 that no delivery has been made. It is a huge disappointment, and it shows that this florist is not serious and trustworthy. I wish to bring this unforgivable error to the attention of all customers.
