Delivery not on time! Bad experience with this florist: I order him 2 days before roses for my wife's birthday, we agree to a delivery between 11 and 13h, so I find an excuse for my wife to be at home. No delivery, but especially no call in this niche! I call her at 6 pm, I seem to have forgotten this delivery, tells me that I called my wife (which is true, but at 5 pm without leaving a message !!!!) that the flowers are "in the truck" .. .. furious I ask him to deliver immediately, which he does. In short, unreliable deliveries, and not leaving a message when you want to deliver is just not professional.
