Chatou-Fleurs

When I gently complained about the bad quality of the flowers (almost dead!!) which I received for a ceremony, the lady with glasses told me very nervously that my French was too bad (which is not) to understand and accused me of lying about the bad quality! Though I live in the vicinity but I will never go to such an unfriendly and dishonest place which has no respect to the "accent" and dissatisfaction of customers like me!

One of the other only one flower shop opened during bank holiday or little late in the evening. The staff is very gentle, provides great advices and some beautiful flowers.

(Notation as a parcel relay point.) To flee ! I had two packages delivered here because nothing could be closer. Did not accept receipt of my packages by the delivery person, resulting in a return sender and the other delivered to Bougival. Advice to the manager: do not relay packages if in the end you do not accept them.
