Village Hennemont

The village of Hennemont is now a private residence with secure access, will remain accessible to non-residents three times a day from Monday to Friday for a period of 1h15. The operation, based on the principles of the charter of Athens, takes place in a landscaped park and has two components: six bars grouped into small orthogonal units (163 dwellings), produced by Dubuisson, and a long serpentine bar of a hundred housing units, produced by Félix Dumail. The Dumail building is built with traditional means, which allows a plan in curves and counter-curves matching the topography. On the other hand, Dubuisson was imposed the Camus process, integral prefabrication construction process, which Perret had just implemented implemented in Le Havre and that the young architect of SHAPE hijacks. The dialogue between the two architectures strengthens the interest of the whole. The comparison of the performance of the Dumail and Dubuisson then encouraged the Ministry of Reconstruction and Town Planning to set up a policy that favors prefabrication.

Places very charming, on the outskirts of St Germain en Laye. However, the infrastructure of the village are dilapidated, roads are dotted with potholes, but overlooks the green space and its castle is exotic

Very beautiful green and calm for children and family. Nevertheless the manager of these housing yet subsidized by several large departments, struggling to maintain the buildings that deserve a good refreshment outside and inside. This residence welcomes executives of high level and It is disconcerting, to see degrading to see these executives living in bars of buildings that looks more like HLM of the ZUP.
