Pain & pizza au Feu de Bois

Disappointment. I don't want to be mean or bad language seeing the positive reviews and the overall rating. But when you don't know how to cook a pizza, you don't open a pizzeria. I ordered an Indian supplement merguez for two, no complaints about the taste of the filling or the dough; but the surprise occurs when I get home lifting the pizza. Discovering a VERY burnt crust ... For the grill actors so much the better, but I paid to receive a pizza not a charcoal, if I had had the idea to look before leaving the restaurant I would have reported it and back and forth. Because such a failure in the stove is inedible. And for those who like the too grilled I do not recommend it because the burnt particles do nothing for your body, cause an increase in free radicals in the body, which can be the cause of cancer ... In short. At the end we had to eat it by scraping only the edible on the surface ... but that's what ... It's unfortunate 20.40 € thrown in the air knowing that at the designed there are better for less . I wanted to buy from a local business especially in these times of crisis, but this is ultimately disappointment. However, I am not throwing a stone in their face, but I hope this comment will improve the quality of service for future customers and also for the well being of the beginner in question. But it is clear that in a personal capacity in the future it will be an option of last resort.

To be a big fan of pizzas cooked over a wood fire, this pizzeria is, in my opinion, by far the best I have tasted in my life. It has a know-how mastered to perfection. Especially since the service is quality, and that the young waiters who work there are smiling, welcoming and very friendly. In terms of recommendations, I highly recommend forest pizza and vegetarian.
