Pharmacie Des Clos

Very unfriendly pharmacist bordering on unprofessionalism. It’s not the first time that I’ve seen it, but today it’s decided: I’m not going again.

Very disappointed with this pharmacy where I was a customer and where I will not be seen. I presented myself with a prescription for a blood glucose meter prescribed by my doctor, the pharmacist did not want to provide me with one for bizarre reasons: That it was a diabetologist who had to give me one and that it was not my doctor who had to prescribe it to me, that I did not take medication against diabetes, so that I was not diabetic ect..ect..Moreover really not friendly and borderline polite. I went to a pharmacy near my job and had my device reimbursed with advice from the pharmacist who was on top with me. So the clos pharmacy is not ready to see me again and the pharmacy near my job where I occasionally went will see me more often.

No one, no professionalism ... From pharmacist to preparator. Staff not friendly at all. They didn't want to give me the treatment of an old lady. And pite, we dared to tell me "We do not die if we do not take this treatment 😱 I was accused of false prescription because she wanted to call the doctor ... A first for me. I was looking for this pharmacy and a lady said to me "I strongly advise against it" Unfortunately, I did not listen to it to my great regret. I came out crying I was so shocked. One thing is for sure, I would never put my feet up again. Not surprising to read the previous comments. And I'm glad I'm not the only one to think so. Pharmacy which should not even open or change the entire staff. What a shame really !!! 😡

Disastrous experience ... You should know that I am chronically hypertensive, followed. I work not far from this pharmacy and when I felt that I was having a blood pressure increase, I went to this pharmacy to take my blood pressure before going to the emergency room for nothing (we do not have an infirmary at work) . I was very badly received, my blood pressure was taken (very high) and then I was curtly asked to go to the emergency room because there was nothing for me in this pharmacy. I specify that I had just asked for my blood pressure to be taken, I would have advised afterwards, I did not ask for any medication or anything else ... The woman who took my blood pressure was odious ...

Shame on this pharmacy. To refuse to give me the flu shot because I was not on the list of these clients. I had the CPAM paper therefore priority.
