Our chaudière is broken right now and I was looking for a chauffagiste in the hotel and found this one. I sent the contact ditails to my husband to call them but he replayed to me; ”That is the company, we used when we moved into the apartment. He did the pipes for the bathroom and w had the water leak in the attic!! He left us a few days with no water in the house!!“. I hope their servis got better now.

We strongly advise against this craftsman. After having contacted him for the repair of several radiators and the maintenance of a boiler, he comes to us to see the problem. He explains to us that he will call us back to make an appointment. 3 weeks later still no calls. I remind him he had "forgotten" me and confirms that he will call me back in the evening to fix an appointment. He doesn't, so I call him back the next day when he FINALLY makes an appointment for me on Friday. Friday morning he cancels at the last minute and tells me that he will spend Monday. A few hours later he tells us to contact another craftsman. Mr. Meyre lacking availability does not mean lacking professionalism. You made us waste 4 weeks waiting for you. We wanted to be professional by not contacting other craftsmen since you had taken the time to travel. However, because of you, the next time we will move several craftsmen, even if it means wasting their time so as not to find ourselves in the same situation.

Quote request remained unanswered, after a call to have a quote date, I was told that he could not find a radiator of this size and that he had too much work, thank you for your help.

I recommend Jimmy for your plumbing work. He intervened in emergency during the confinement period. All with a quote 30% cheaper than other plumbers. thanks again
